Stay at Work

Services 

Comprehensive support to ensure your employees' safe and efficient return to work. 

This service includes: 


  • Comprehensive workplace assessment and tailored return-to-work plans. 
  • Active monitoring of progress with regular follow ups with all stakeholders. 
  • Liaison with healthcare providers to ensure collaborative input and optimal outcomes. 
  • A key worker who is the single point of contact for the service. 
  • Work-specific functional strengthening and work-based rehabilitation guidance. 
  • Risk mitigation input to prevent reaggravation or future injuries. 


We lead the entire process for you, ensuring a smooth transition back to work for your employees. The service is delivered on a continuum of assessment, planning, active implementation, review and evaluation.

We can provide bespoke and privately funded return-to-work services for conditions/injuries that aren’t covered by ACC.


The exact structure of these services can be specifically tailored following a scoping conversation to ensure that we provide you with the exact level of support required.

Initiate a return-to-work service referral to the Bodycare team. You'll need to provide your ACC Injury Claim Number, plus some employee and employer details. This process takes less than 5 minutes to complete.
