We will aim to acknowledge your feedback within 2 business hours of receiving it. If follow up is requested, or further review is required, we will aim to resolve the matter within 28 days.


Resolution

Our goal is to resolve all concerns promptly and fairly. Where additional investigation is needed, we will keep you informed throughout the process.

Your feedback is reviewed by the relevant Business Unit and contributes directly to enhancing our services, improving client and candidate experiences, and identifying opportunities for better outcomes. All feedback is managed in line with our Complaints & Feedback Policy.
